Create a Project

Only users with the portal administrator or portal project manager role can create a project.
Please ensure you have the necessary permissions from your portal administrator. More information on roles and capabilities.

Check that your subscription limits are respected, particularly the maximum number of allowed projects. Contact your administrator or support if you need additional information.
Steps to Create a Project
- Access the Projects Gallery in the Portal.
- Click “Create a Project” or “New Project”.
- Complete the creation form with the required information.
- Finalize to see the project appear in the gallery.
Creating by Duplication
- Go to the project you want to duplicate.
- Click “Duplicate”.
- Update the duplicated project’s information if necessary.
Next Steps
After creating the project:
- Modify settings: Customize configurations via the Project Settings page.
- Set a coordinate system: Verify and adjust as needed using Coordinate System.
- Add data layers: Manage layers through Layer Management.
- Assign users: Assign users to the project by following User Management.
