Password Reset

If you’ve forgotten your password or wish to reset it for security reasons, RIM-Nat allows you to do so easily in just a few steps.

Reset Your Password

1. Go to the login page at https://app.rimnat.com
2. Click on “Forgot password?”
3. Enter the email address associated with your account and click on “Submit”
4. Check your inbox for a password reset email
5. Click the link in the email and follow the instructions to create a new password

Note: If you don’t receive the email within 10 minutes, check your spam or junk folder. If your company uses an email filtering service (such as MailInBlack), ensure the email hasn’t been blocked and contact your system administrator if necessary.
